Description
The vacuum measurement system to monitor the source pressure is optional for the 5971. A complete system is available from S.I.S. to measure the source pressure. The system consists of a model 330 ion gauge controller, an ion gauge adaptor, a G75K ion gauge tube and a cable. This Bayard Alpert style vacuum gauge tube and controller is an exact replacement for the optional system available from Agilent The adaptor is inserted between the NW25 flange at the bottom of the analyzer and the calibration gas vial.
