Description
Invoil 705 silicone diffusion pump fluid is a single component fluid designed for ultra high vacuum systems in the 10-7 to 10-9 torr range. With the use of traps, Invoil 705 is capable of attaining a pressure of 10-11 torr. The low vapor pressure, low backstreaming rate and the high resistance to oxidation and radiation make this diffusion pump fluid ideal for many ultra high vacuum applications such as those in mass spectrometers and electron microscopes.
Features
- Ultra High Vacuum Applications
- Extremely Low Vapor Pressure Capabilities
- Little or No Backstreaming
- Identical to Dow Corning 705
