Description
The following copper and gold plated copper gaskets are available for the vacuum flanges on Thermo/Finnigan mass spectrometers. These may also be used on other instruments. Gaskets are fabricated from OFHC copper with a smooth finish to assure a good vacuum seal. The thickness of these gaskets is 0.080 inches.
