Description
This is direct replacement for the ion transfer tube used on the Thermo "LTQ" line of mass spectrometers. The ion transfer tube allows ions from the ESI, APCI, or APPI sources to enter the LTQ Linear ion trap. The LTQ will lose sensitivity over time as contaminates build up inside the tube. It is recommended to replace this guide at least quarterly to insure ultimate instrument sensitivity. Replacement takes only seconds and sensitivity is restored.

used on the LTQ™, LTQ XL™, LTQ FT™, LTQ FT Ultra™, LTQ Orbitrap™. - SIS #SIS20198IS includes an extended tubing for DART® and DESI applications (which have a 2-cm extended tubing).
