MSD Filament
Ion Gauge Tube for MSD
Our standard G75K ion gauge tube with
metal side arm with Kovar seal is the stan-
dard Bayard-Alpert ion gauge used on all
Agilent mass spectrometers (Agilent #0960-
0376).
Agilent 5970 Entrance Lens Repair
The spotwelds holding the two parts
together can break loose. S.I.S. can clean
both parts and reweld them together. This can
easily be done on a rush basis, if necessary.

MSD Filaments
S.I.S. manufactures the filaments for the MSD. These fila-
ments are exact retrofits for the original Agilent filament
(Agilent#05990-60084). Each filament is accurately aligned and
tensioned for optimum performance.

purity alumina ceramic.

Agilent 5970 GC/MS Interface Gaskets
The nickel gasket (Agilent #0100-1145) used in the Agilent
5970 capillary direct interface is available from SIS. This is an
exact replacement for the Agilent original. We also offer this gas-
ket in copper which is slightly softer for easier sealing.
Edwards E2M 1.5 Vacuum Pumps
Edwards E2M 1.5 pumps are used on the Agilent MSD
systems. Model HPP7011MSD includes the special power cord
