Agilent 5970 Entrance Lens Repair

The spotwelds holding the two parts

together can break loose. S.I.S. can clean
both parts and reweld them together. This can
easily be done on a rush basis, if necessary.

MSD Filaments

S.I.S. manufactures the filaments for the MSD. These fila-

ments are exact retrofits for the original Agilent filament
(Agilent#05990-60084). Each filament is accurately aligned and
tensioned for optimum performance.

MSD Ceramic Insulators

These ceramic source insulators are constructed from high

purity alumina ceramic.

Electron Multiplier for 5970 MSD

Electron multipliers for the HP5970 MSD

are available from Burle*, ETP and DeTech.

60520. The stainless steel lines often develop leaks where they
are welded to the injection port or the lines can become clogged
or kinked. S.I.S. will repair or replace the lines as required.

GC Injection Port Liners

The injection port liners for the Agilent 5890 GC are available

from S.I.S. for the splitless injector.

Agilent In-Line Connector

Stainless steel connector for connecting

electrical leads (Agilent#05930-20441).

Brass Nut

Brass nut is nickel plated for use on the MSD

interface. Available in packages of 5 nuts.

Copper Gaskets for Vacuum Flanges

The following copper gaskets are available for the Agilent

vacuum flanges. All gaskets are .080" thick. Additional sizes are

Diffusion Pump Oils

In addition to Santovac 5P and Santovac 5P

Ultra diffusion pump oils, we supply the equiva-
lent of DC-704 and DC-705 diffusion pump oils
used in the MSD diffusion pumps.

Rough Pump Oil

Inland 19 is the standard oil used

in all rough pumps. Invoil 20 and 45
will provide for greater pumping effi-
ciency.
