Ionization Gauge Tubes

PTFE Ferrules for Ion Gauge Tubes

These 3/4" ferrules are used to install Ion Gauge Tubes. They are available in two com-

positions, PTFE and Glass filled PTFE. PTFE ferrules are for standard use under most

operating conditions. Glass filled PTFE exhibits less flow at elevated temperatures and

therefore have a longer life and greater leak resistance. Usable to 250°C.

Ion Gauge Adapter Flange

3/4" O-Ring connector to 2 3/4" Conflat flange. Use this to adapt ion gauge tubes

to a 2 3/4" Conflat flange. Other sizes and configurations are available on special

request.
