labels economically sense and

record surface temperatures. Each

recorder contains six sealed temperature sensitive

indicators which turn permanently and irreversibly

from silver to black at its calibrated rated tempera-

ture.

Response time is less than one second with an

accuracy of ±1%. Rated temperatures are printed in

both °F and °C at each indicator window, and the direct

readout can be read at a glance.

The general purpose model 110 contains 6 temper-

ature sensitive increments covering a range of 50°F on

a single model. Models from 100°F to 500°F (38°C to

260°C) are available.

A typical application of these temperature strips is

for the monitoring of oil temperatures on vacuum

pumps. By placing the self adhesive temperature strip

on the outer oil housing casing of the vacuum pump, the

temperature of the oil transmitted to the case housing can be monitored.

Normal oil temperatures for Alcatel Vacuum pumps is 130° F to 140° F. With age, increased wear, decomposition of pump oil, or severe

mechanical problems, this temperature will exceed 140° F. When this occurs, the temperature measuring strip will indicate the higher tem-

perature and the pump can be removed for an oil change or other servicing.

Telatemp Temperature/Humidity Data Logger

elatemp’s ML-HA Temperature/Humidity Data Logger is designed to monitor

temperatures from -40°F to 176°F (-40°C to 80°C) with 0.1°C resolution and

humidity from 0 to 95% RH with 0.1% RH resolution. This small, reusable data

logger will record up to 500,000 date and time stamped temperature/humidity readings

at user-defined intervals from 1 second to 24 hours. It utilizes a low power micro-

processor to record data into a non-volatile memory and operates on a replaceable lithi-

um battery (included).

With the TelaTemp Micro Series Software, starting, stopping, and downloading from the

Micro Humidity is simple and easy. Data can also be viewed in graphical, tabular, and sum-

mary form, displayed in °C, °F, K or °Rankine, % RH, mg/ml water vapor concentration and

dew point, and saved to your PC as an electronic file. The data can also be exported to Excel

for further calculations.
