A high sensitivity ion gauge tube is used on the TSQ instruments which have the 20 KV dynode upgrade. This is an improved, linear, wide range Bayard Alpert ion gauge tube. This tube has an internal coating of platinum on the glass for improved performance. It is available with Kovar tubulation.
