he below listed vacuum flange copper gaskets are made from OFHC copper. All
gaskets are .080 inches thick and fit the nominal flange sizes listed below. For
your information we have also listed the inside and outside diameters of the

copper gaskets. The gold plated copper gaskets for the Thermo MAT ITD are also listed
below.
