Finnigan MAT Ion Trap, Varian Saturn, Teledyne 3DQ and Hitachi Filaments

Ion Trap Filament

The plug-in style filaments for the Finnigan and Varian Ion Trap® instruments are available from S.I.S. These are direct replacements for those supplied by Finnigan MAT, Varian, Perkin-Elmer, Teledyne and Hitachi. Each filament assembly contains two rhenium ribbon filaments accurately tensioned and aligned for optimum performance. The circular filament press is constructed from high purity alumina ceramic.

S.I.S. also repairs these filaments as well as the original filaments which were mounted on a flange. See the section called Finnigan Mass Spec Filament Repairs.
