Ceramic Paper
High temperature, light weight, flexible, ceramic insulation in
convenient and economical paper form. Cotronics Ceramic
Paper is made from high purity refractory fibers (Asbestos Free)
with a melting point of 3200°F. It can be cut with ordinary hand
scissors and formed into complex shapes. It can be folded,
wrapped, rolled, and goes around sharp corners. Strong, free
standing shapes can be produced.
Applications are based on the outstanding high temperature
stability and uniformity, low specific heat, low thermal conductiv-
ity, resistance to thermal shock, good dielectric strength and
excellent corrosion resistance.
