VG-FAB Probe Tips

Scientific Instrument Services has introduced another FAB probe tip. This probe tip has two sample plates (see photo).

All of our probe tips are manufactured with an alumina ceramic base maximizing strength and durability. See the following chart for pricing on all three probe tips.
