Thermo Jet Separator Repair
All models of jet separators can be repaired if the side arms
become damaged or broken. Jets to be repaired must have at
least 5/8" glass arm extending past the main body in order to be
repaired. Jets repaired with less than 5/8" cannot be guaran-
teed. We can also clean most clogged jets. S.I.S. assumes no
responsibility for jets damaged during the unclogging procedure.

Source Ion Volume Insert Cleaning
The ion volume for the Thermo MAT 4500 and other model
sources can be cleaned and polished to restore them to a like-
new condition. Our procedures include polishing and buffing
with fine abrasives to attain a bright polished metal surface fol-
lowed by thorough solvent cleaning to remove all residues.

thermospray (Thermo #70001- 20232) is available. These are exact replacements for the

Platinum Resistance Thermometer and Thermospray
Source Temperature Sensor
This EI/CI Source Temperature Sensor (PRT2) includes the 100 ohm platinum resis-
tance thermometer, leads, ceramic insulator, and connectors. It is similar in design to the
original 4500 platinum resistance thermometer. The Thermospray Source Temperature
Sensor (PRT9) is a replacement for the Thermo original.
