The source heaters for the heated sources on the Finnigan 5100 (Finnigan #50020-60006) can be rebuilt for a fraction of the cost Finnigan charges for new ones. These heaters are very fragile and must be repaired often. We rebuild them with the same wire that Finnigan supplies. Simply return the metal connector pieces and whatever ceramics you have left and we will rebuild them.

New 5100 source heaters are also available.
