4500/4600/TSQ® Source Heater and Repair

The source heater for the Finnigan 4500/4600 (Finnigan #40005-60270) includes 4 cartridge heaters, ceramic insulators, leads and connectors. Individual cartridges (Finnigan #40005-98020) are also available should a cartridge burn out.

The heater set assembly for the Finnigan 4500/4600, TSQ, #40050-60270, can be repaired for $92.00. Extreme care must be taken when packaging this unit for shipping to S.I.S. Additional heater cartridges are easily broken off if not properly packaged. Our repair includes replacing broken cartridges, sandblasting the assembly of all contamination, and fixing the heater cartridge leads with ceramic insulation material. The heater assembly is not repairable if more than two heater cartridges are burnt out or need to be replaced.

Complete new heater assemblies are also available.
