Viton tubing, with its good chemical resistance and heat resistance, can be used in a
variety of applications. It has a usable temperature range of -20° C to 250°C.
Soft, annealed seamless aluminum tubing can be used for air and vacuum lines. It can
be easily bent but should not be used at elevated temperatures. It is supplied in 50 foot
coils.

PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) is a very good substitute for stainless steel tubing in
many applications and is commonly used in many LC applications. It has a high pressure
rating of 5000 psi (1/8" OD PEEK is rated at 3000 psi), is very chemical resistant and very
flexible. It is color coded by size as listed below. There is a 10% discount on quantities of
10 feet or more.

PTFE heat shrink tubing provides high strength and electrical insulation, plus chemi-
cal and solvent resistance. It shrinks to protect parts from hazardous environments. Tubing
shrinks at 2:1 ratio at approximately 650° F. Maximum continuous operating temperatures
at 500° F. Color is transparent white, and is sold in 4 foot lengths.
