ensidyne offers a complete line of Gilian personal
sampling pumps, calibrators and accessories for
advanced air sampling and monitoring.
The Gilian Gilibrator-2 is an easy to use Primary Standard for
the calibration of all your air sampling equipment. The system
includes a high accuracy, electronic bubble flowmeter with three
interchangeable flow cell assemblies for accurate and consistently
reliable readings.
The Gilibrator-2 is Designed to Provide the Most
Accurate Data Readings
The Gilibrator-2 includes an advanced microprocessor and an
electronic bubble flowmeter. These two features work together,
providing cumulative averaging of multiple samples for the most
accurate air flow readings. A dual function delete/reset button on
the Control Unit also enables you to subtract erroneous readings
or current readings can be cancelled completely.
Individual Flow Cells are Interchangeable,
Covering a Comprehensive Range of Air Flows
The Gilibrator-2 is available with your choice of three (3)
interchangeable flow cells. The individual flow cells are designed
with a pulsation dampener to provide consistent pulsation-free
bubbles. The built-in infrared sensors that are mounted on the
bottom and top of each flow cell are instantly activated by the
bubble movement. This information, along with flow cell volume
data is sent to the microprocessor which indicates the precise flow
readout on the LCD display.
Interchangeable flow cell assemblies are available for the
following flow ranges:

Low Flow (1 to 250 ccm)

Standard Flow (20 ccm to 6 LPM)

Sensidyne's Gilian Gilibrator-2 Primary Air Flow Calibrator
The flow cells incorporate a twist-on/twist-off mounting design
for fast and easy interchanging. All flow cell data is automatically
relayed to the microprocessor when the unit is turned on. No
special tools or complicated set-up is required.
The Gilibrator's PC Serial Interface Provides Added
Sampling and Recordkeeping Options
The Gilibrator-2 is designed with a PC Serial Interface which
allows you to store your sampling information to any IBM
compatible computer. You can also print hardcopy records of your
sampling data to most PC compatible printers.
One Button Operation and Large, Easy-to-Read
LCD Provide Simple, Uncomplicated Operation
Most operating features of the Gilibrator-2 are fully automatic.
You simply press the "ON" key and the Gilibrator-2 does the rest.
The LCD located on the control base of the Gilibrator-2 provides a
variety of important operating data. The large, easy-to-read display
provides simultaneous display of flow rate, flow average and the
number of samples taken. The LCD also incorporates display
indicators for low battery, wait, and error. The unit is also equipped
with automatic shutoff. This valuable feature saves battery power
by turning off the unit if it has been inactive for fifteen (15) minutes.
