Quartz Vials

ample vials manufactured from high
purity quartz are available in the
following dimensions in any length
from 9 to 20 mm. All vials are made to your
specifications and are supplied in packages of
ten, fifty and one hundred vials.
Outside and inside diameters currently
available are listed in the accompanying chart.
Other diameters and lengths of greater than
20mm are available on special request. When
ordering please specify the O.D., I.D., and
length you require. Vials are constructed to the
following tolerances OD ±0.02mm (0.001 inch)
and length ±0.10 mm (0.005 inch).
Direct Probe Sample Vial Blocks
Direct probe sample vial blocks are used to hold sample vials and to evaporate sam-
ples prior to insertion into the mass spectrometer. The blocks are constructed of solid alu-
minum to hold heat.
Please state outside diameter (O.D.) and length of vials when ordering sample
vial blocks. Blocks can be placed on a hotplate or on top of your GC oven to
evaporate samples.
