Applications

Disposable Noise Muffler Air Purifiers help reduce excessive noise levels within OSHA standards. In addition, units remove unwanted contaminants from exhaust air and intake air. highly recommended for installation on vacuum pumps, small compressors, air motors, air stirrers, air mixers, air cylinders, beverage dispensing air pumps and similar equipment

Installation and Replacement

Disposable Noise Muffler Air Purifiers are supplied with standard male NPT fittings for easy installation to air operated equipment or system piping. Simply screw unit into air intake, or exhaust port, and replace according to manufacturer's recommended replacement, or when a noticeable odor is detected on purifier discharge. When used only as a muffler, replace every six months from date of installation, or when a significant drop in motor rpm or air flow is noticed
