Kratos Filament Repair

All types of filaments and traps for the AEI/Kratos instruments can be repaired as described in this catalog. The ceramic parts of filaments such as the MS80 are thoroughly cleaned by sandblasting to remove all carbon residues and then repaired with high purity rhenium wire. In addition, S.I.S. manufactures new filaments and traps for the MS80 instrument as described in subsequent pages. This is not an exchange program. Your filaments are repaired and returned to you.
