he check valve is a critical pump head component, and is instrumental in the
delivery of stable, pulse-free flow rates. The OPTIMAX® Cartridge Check
Valve System was designed to offer superior performance and versatility, and
is manufactured to the tightest specifications in the industry.
OPTI-MAX Cartridges: A Universal Solution
A single OPTI-MAX cartridge is interchangeable across multiple pump brands, allowing you to minimize the number of spare check
valve cartridges in your inventory, and will function in either the inlet or outlet position. OPTI-MAX Cartridges are available in PEEK or
stainless steel, loaded with precision-matched ball and seat sets in ceramic or ruby/sapphire. Three ball/seat sizes are available, provid-
ing optimal performance for microbore, standard and extended flow applications.
The performance of a check valve can only be as good as the integrity of the seal made between the ball and seat inside it. All ball
and seat sets used in OPTI-MAX cartridges are precision-matched to the most exacting standards in the industry, and must pass Nitrogen
leak tests four times more stringent than those specified by most other manufacturers.
