High-Density - 1536-well MatriPlate™
Features:
•
Optimized for fluorescence, luminescence, fluorescence
polarization and time-resolved fluorescence.
•
Offers a 0.5-6µl working volume that provides significant
reagent cost savings. Constant aspect ratio between
MatriPlate 384 and 1536 allows simple miniaturization from
MatriPlate 384 to MatriPlate 1536.
•
Unique inverted, cropped-pyramid well design enhances
assay signal through better light transfer, directs automated
96 or 384 pipettor tips into sample wells, eliminates vapor
lock bubble formation without centrifugation, and ensures
easier scaling.
•
Ideal for detectors using CCD or PMT technology including
LeadSeeker, ViewLux, Victor, Fusion, Envision, Analyst,
Acquest, Ultra and more.
•
Optional proprietary material has ultra-low fluorescence and
phosphorescence allowing low-level signal detection.

offer
20-120 and 1-12ul working volumes, respectively. Both
series include a flat bottom with rounded square wells to
eliminate liquid wicking.

MGB102 (40uL, 10.4mm height) and MGB103
(70uL,14.35mm height)
are low volume plate options
designed to reduce tissue culture demands by 90%
compared to standard volume plates.
•
Unmatched flatness tolerances including . Individual
window flatness better than 2 microns over a 0.75mm
square field of view.
--Frame flatness better than 150 microns from row A to
row P and column 1 to 24.
•
Additional options: clear or black lids; sterile; and
special surface treatments including tissue culture, poly
D-lysine, fibronectin, collagen and more.
