MatriPlateTM
Features:

MP100 series
offers 20-120µl working volume and
includes: a flat bottom with rounded square wells to
eliminate liquid wicking; and raised well edge for
enhanced sealing.

MP101 series
offers 0.5-50µl working volume, allowing
significant reagent savings over a 96-well plate. A
constant surface-area-to-volume and plastic-area-to-
volume ratio between 2-40µl allows direct miniaturization
(in a 384 or 1536-well format) without requiring that you
reformat your assay. A unique inverted, cropped-
pyramid well design enhances assay signal through better
light transfer, directs automated 96 or 384 pipettor tips
into sample wells, eliminates vapor lock bubble forma-
tion, and ensures easier scaling.
Both MP100 and MP101 series:

Are optimized for fluorescence, luminescence,
fluorescence polarization and time resolved fluorescence.

Ensure strict adherence to ANSI/ SBS tolerances,
including plate flatness. Polypropylene parts tend to
change shape over time, which is detrimental to pipetting.
MatriCal's polypropylene microwell plates contain a 2
micron ceramic glass bead filler to provide additional
structural rigidity. Because polypropylene fully coats any
additive included in the molding process, the samples will
not be exposed to the glass bead.
