MAT90/900 Transfer Line Repair
The transfer line on the Thermo MAT90 and 900 mass spec-
trometers can be repaired. This service includes replacement of
the heater cartridge and temperature sensor if necessary. The
outside of the transfer line shaft is also cleaned.

8200 Bellows Repair
The bellows for the Thermo MAT 8200 is repairable by S.I.S.
A diaphragm type metal bellows is welded into place to provide
an assembly with an expected life equal to or greater than the
original bellows.
8200 Temperature Sensor
The platinum resistance temperature sensor for the Thermo
8200 is available. This sensor is a 50 ohm PRT and it comes
complete with connectors and copper foil.
8200 Inlet Gaskets
The PTFE membrane (90066) and PTFE star gasket
(55003) used in the inlet on the 8200 are available from S.I.S.

MAT90 Transfer Line Heater
The transfer line heater used on the MAT90 (Thermo MAT #M0000-0385890) is avail-
able from S.I.S. This heater cartridge is 8" long by 3/16" diameter and is rated at 100 watts
and 110 volts.
Thermo MAT PRT Lead Repair
The leads on the platinum resistance thermometer sensors
can be repaired by S.I.S. in many cases. We cannot repair
cracked sensors. If the lead is broken right at the sensor, it can-
not be repaired.
