Agilent (Hewlett Packard) Feedthru Repair of Flanges

Ceramic to metal vacuum feedthrus are commonly damaged or broken in handling. S.I.S. can repair these flanges by drilling out the old feedthru, TIG vacuum welding a new feedthru in place and leak testing the feedthru for vacuum sealing. Most feedthrus with single terminal electrical connections to the source can be replaced. Most feedthru styles are normally in stock, but delivery may vary depending on the availability of the necessary feedthru.
