Knife Edge Repair

Conflat Flange Knife-Edge Repair

Our repair includes building up the metal on the knife edge followed by shaping as required with custom tooling. Damage must be less than 0.5 inches in overall length.

Knife edges on conflat flanges such as the ion trap filament flange can be repaired provided the damage is not too extensive.
