Finnigan MAT 5100 GLT Repair on Elbow Assembly

The GLT in the elbow assembly on the Finnigan 5100 series mass spectrometer can be replaced when the glass lined tubing becomes clogged or damaged. Repair includes replacing the GLT tubing, TIG welding in place, and vacuum leak checking.
