Finnigan MAT 4000 Baffle Repair

We have seen several cases of the probe shaft of the baffle on the Finnigan 4000 (Finnigan #40006-60171) 75 mm and (#40006-60182) 140 mm, breaking loose where the shaft is welded to the metal yoke. We have been able to repair the baffle by rewelding the probe shaft to the metal yoke. Other repairs such as replacement of the stainless steel bellows could also be performed by S.I.S.
