used-silica PicoTip® emitters for online electrospray are available in the SilicaTipTM and the TaperTipTM, which differ in size and
operational flow rates. TaperTips are very robust emitters used in microspray applications. Your emitter-mounting hardware must
accommodate 150 or 360 µm outside diameter (OD) fused-silica tubing.
SilicaTips
Fused-silica emitters engineered for continuous-flow nanospray and LC-MS
within a flow rate of 20-1,000 nL/min. Each tip is video inspected to ensure that
tip shape and taper conform to designed specifications and have a clear path.
SilicaTips are able to perform electrospray for hundreds of hours of continuous
operation (more than 800 hours with an MeOH/Water/Acetic Acid mobile phase)
without a loss of coating.

through months of delivery time. Emitters are easily inserted into a microsleeve to enable use with systems requiring 360 µm OD tip sizes.
