Finnigan OWA 3200 with Extrel Upgrade Filament

Filaments for the OWA and 3200 mass spectrometers from Finnigan MAT which have been upgraded with Extrel electronics are available from S.I.S. These filaments are the same as our FF3200 and SF5100 filaments but they have a tungsten coil in place of the usual rhenium ribbon. This coil is designed to work efficiently with the new power supply electronics from Extrel.
