Finnigan MAT 3200 Elbow Assembly Repair

The GLT in the elbow assembly (Finnigan part #95001-60260) on the Finnigan 3000 series mass spectrometers can be replaced if the interior of the glass lined tubing becomes blocked or damaged. Repair includes replacing the entire length of GLT, vacuum welding it to the existing fittings, and vacuum leak testing.
