Shock recorder visually indicates if a package has been dropped

The low cost, compact TelaDrop indicates the amount of shock a product or package has received in transit. It takes the guesswork out of knowing if fragile shipments were dropped. Housed in a bright red 2" x 7/8" x 1/4" plastic case, the self-adhesive resettable TelaDrop is quickly affixed to a product or package.

Simple Operation

When impact exceeds the rated G-range of the TelaDrop, the bidirectional arrow windows turn from red to blue to indicate which surface of a package sustained the shock. TelaDrops are available in G-ranges of 5, 10, 15, 25, 50 and 100 and come with warning labels for the package and bill of lading. Two weighted mass leaf spring actuated sensors are accurate to ±20% of their rated G-force. Three TelaDrop indicators will totally protect a package by recording shock from any possible direction.

THE NON-RESETTABLE TELADROP is tamperproof and is intended for use on the outside of packages to send a strong visual message to handlers. Once triggered by impact it cannot be reset.

THE RESETTABLE TELADROP can be installed on the outside of a package or product or discreetly tucked away so only the proper receivers know it is there. It can be reused up to 50 times and resists tampering. It cannot be mistakenly reset. The resettable model also is useful for protecting sensitive products during assembly, such as computers.
